Overview
MP BrandDock is being designed to provide digital asset management, brand guidelines, client access and related collaboration features. This policy describes the categories of information the service may process and the purposes for that processing.
Information you provide
We may process account information, profile details, organization information, support requests, contact-form submissions and the digital assets and metadata users choose to upload to the service.
Service activity
The service may record security and operational information such as sign-ins, downloads, uploads, approvals, share-link activity, device or browser information and diagnostic events where needed to operate and protect the platform.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce permissions, deliver files, support customers, improve product reliability, respond to requests and detect abuse or security issues.
Service providers
MP BrandDock may rely on infrastructure and software providers to operate authentication, databases, object storage, hosting, monitoring, email and other product functions. Providers should receive only the information required for their role.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods may vary by account configuration, contractual requirements, security obligations, backups and the type of information involved. Product controls for account and asset lifecycle management are part of the production roadmap.
