Service
MP BrandDock is a digital asset management and brand-portal product in active development. Features, limits, availability and commercial terms may change during private beta and launch preparation.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials and for using the service only within the permissions granted to their account and organization.
Your content
Organizations remain responsible for the assets and information they upload, including having the rights necessary to store, share, distribute and manage that content through MP BrandDock.
Acceptable use
Users may not use the service to violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access to another organization’s data.
Beta and launch availability
Pre-release software may contain bugs, incomplete features or service interruptions. Production service levels, support commitments, warranties and commercial terms should be established separately before general availability.
Pricing and changes
Published launch prices, plan limits and included features may change before general availability. Custom implementation, unusually high processing requirements, taxes and third-party services may be priced separately.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when required for security, legal compliance, misuse or the end of a beta or commercial relationship, subject to any applicable written agreement.
